Ubisoft has released The Division 2 update for Feb. 10 today, and this server-side patch bring a host of fixes to the shooter. This is after yesterday’s announcement that the dev team as issues updating the game client due to a backend error. Thankfully, Ubisoft has confirmed that the backend issues have been resolved, and we should hear more about Season 11 soon.
The Division 2 Feb. 10 Patch Notes:
CHANGELOG
- Fixed the blank screens and empty menu tabs
- Fixed multiple error messages
- Fixed the issue that affected World Difficulty and Global Directives
- Fixed the inability to make Seasonal in-game purchases
- Fixed the issue that affected Control Points reset
- Fixed the issue that caused the game to crash when interacting with the Pilot at the BOO in Washington DC
- Fixed the issue that caused the game to crash when hovering over the Countdown icon on the World Map
- Partially fixed the game crashes that occurred due to opening the map or travelling from New York back to Washington DC
- More fixes for the issue are planned for TU17
- Fixed other instances associated with the technical issues that caused the game to crash
KNOWN ISSUES
- Traveling from New York back to DC can still cause the game to crash. Recommended workarounds:
- Start a Countdown game
- Disable Global Directives
- Join another agent/group of agents in Washington DC
- Speak to the pilot at Haven
As for the issues mentioned yesterday by the devs regarding game updates, good news! The isue has been resolved with today’s server-side update!
