The First Descendant Day One Update Version 1.04 Rolled Out
Nexon is turning on The First Descendant servers today! Before players can boot the game and jump into the free-to-play looter shooter, they’ll need to download and install The First Descendant day one update version 1.04 (PS5 version 1.004). This slots in fixes to the game before it officially launches.

Per the PS4’s update history, the patch notes the following fixes:
- Fixed various bugs and performance issues.
Alongside that, Nexon has already given an update on the Steam product currency setting error stating:
The currency setting for the Steam products in IDR(Indonesian Currency) has been found to be incorrect. The issue was found on June 30th (Sun) and has been corrected since July 1st (Mon).
Please note that purchases made with the incorrect IDR pricing will be refunded to your Steam wallet on July 1st (Mon).
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue. We will strive to provide more stable service for the upcoming official launch on July 2nd (Tue).
In addition to that, the studio also revealed the beta test participant reward notice as well. You can check out how to claim your event rewards for those who participated in the Steam beta test in 2022 and the crossplay open beta test in 2023.

You can check your rewards in Albion > Mailbox when you log in to the game with the platform ID that you used to participate in each test.
