With today’s Xbox Games Showcase, Microsoft has revealed some of the exclusive games it’s set to roll out in the foreseeable future. Outside of Starfield, it looks like Microsoft is seeking to deliver more exclusive games per year from the company’s stable of first-party studios.

In a panel after the event, Head of Xbox Game Studios Matt Booty revealed that Microsoft is looking to release four first-party games per year.

In addition to that, Xbox boss Phil Spencer has shared that gaming revenue is double what it was in the Xbox 360 era, and that they are expecting more than $1 billion in gaming revenue this year.

Those are very impressive numbers indeed. Let’s hope Microsoft can keep to that four first-party games released per year, since that will mean that Xbox gamers will be eating well annually. For now, the known first-party games left for 2023 are Forza Motorsport set for release this October 10, and Starfield which is set to take flight this September 6.
