XDefiant Servers on Launch Day Down With Delta-01, Delta-04 and Queuing Errors
In case you didn’t know, XDefiant goes live today! However, it seems players aren’t able to enter matches, as multiple reports of XDefiant’s servers being down have surfaced this May 21, and we are seeing Delta-01 and Delta-04 errors show up.
Update 2: Ubisoft has released a series of tweets acknowledging the issues and that they are still working on solving the matchmaking problems.
Update: We are all focused on the matchmaking issue and are continuously investigating. We will continue to provide updates as possible.

Update: XDefiant Executive Producer Mark Rubin has acknowledged that matchmaking servers are being worked on. Based on our experience, we are seeing “Unable to find match” on every game mode so far (on PS5).

Players have reported on not just being able to connect to servers, but queuing taking forever. We chalk this up to the servers getting hammered rather than no one loading or playing the game.
Based on my own experience, after multiple attempts, I am still seeing the Delta-04 error show up which states, “Network failed during loading, likely due to poor local network quality. Please check your internet connection.” I don’t know with the game, but my ‘net works just fine. One of our fellow MP1st writers also can’t connect after playing a match, which means the server issues is happening to everyone.
So far, Ubisoft hasn’t commented on the server situation, but we gather that will change soon. Once we know more, expect an update to be added to the article.
