Remedy Entertainment has released Alan Wake 2 update 1.004 across the PS5, Xbox Series, and PC. This update is likely the day one patch, as the game is set to release in a few hours. Here’s what’s included.

Remedy has yet to release any official notes, though based on our tests, we can tell the performance has been improved in both quality and performance modes. Additionally, Remedy informed us during the review process that some bugs would be fixed ahead of launch that players shouldn’t encounter now.
