Respawn Entertainment has released a new game update for Apex Legends on March 4, and this resolves issues and exploits on Broken Moon, as well as other fixes.
Console gamers will see this download appear as Apex Legends update 3.05/1.000.119 and this should be a small download across all platforms.

BROKEN MOON
- Fixed map holes, unintended hiding spots, and areas with missing collision
- Resolved floating rocks and debris
MISC
- Fixed visual Peacekeeper Mythic Skin bug
- Controller players should now be able to use their Legend’s ultimate ability before using their Tactical
- Fixed a Battle Pass purchase screen error
- Fixed various server and client crashes
