Apex Legends Update 3.18/1.000.132 Weapon Bugs on August 11
Respawn Entertainment has released a new minor patch for Apex Legends today, August 11, and this fixes issues with weapons, Lifeline’s Tactical and more.
Console gamers will see this as Apex Legends update 3.18/1.000.132, and this should be a small download.

Apex Legends Hotfix on August 11 Fixes Mythic CAR Reload Issues
The list of issues fixed from the Marked update includes:
-Mythic CAR reload animations will now display correctly
-Hemlok Breach AR will now recoil as intended
-The World’s Edge minimap now accurately reflects players location
-Lifeline’s Tactical audio now plays correctly when other HP regeneration is active
-Bloodhound will no longer respawn with a fully charged Ultimate
On the official Apex Legends Trello board, the devs have pretty much a lot of the issues sorted, but there are a few that are still being worked on.

There are also known PC graphics issues that Respawn has noted workarounds for.

The most affected CPUs are the AMD Ryzen 9800X3D, 7800X3D, 5800X3D, Intel i7 12700K, i7 13700K, and i7 14700K. Initial investigations suggest this is related to dynamic overclocking on the GPU and/or CPU. Possible workarounds include:
In the Video Settings, set Texture Streaming Budget to “None”
Enabling Debug Mode in the Nvidia Control Panel
Disabling or limiting dynamic overclocking or “boost” for your CPU
Rolling back your GeForce Game Ready Driver to 561.09
