Apex Legends Update on May 13 Delivers Patch 3.10/1.000.124
Respawn Entertainment has released a new Apex Legends update on May 13, and this is a minor update that aims to resolve issues rather than deliver new content.
Console gamers will see this as Apex Legends update 3.10/1.000.124, and expect this to be a small download given we just received the Overclocked content drop last week.

Apex Legends Updated to Version 3.10/1.000.124 on Consoles on May 13
For now, Respawn hasn’t mentioned anything about the changes made, but here are the items the studio has outlined as recently fixed and being investigated.
FIXED:
- Improved transition screen UI to better indicate the game is still loading
- Reduced the color overlay effect of Conduit’s passive
We’ve added the items included in the official Trello board as well.
INVESTIGATING:
- We’re aware of an issue where some graphics and brightness settings reset after relaunching Apex. A fix is incoming, and we expect this to be resolved soon.
- We are also investigating issues where players respawned from beacons return to the match without a white backpack, and those respawned from deathbox lose their weapon hop ups.
- We are investigating reports of performance issues on various devices/hardware.
- Caustic’s traps are triggering his other traps
- Ongoing Audio Issues
- Increased FPS drops – tied to specific CPUs – since season start
Lastly, there are also items that are listed as “fix in progress.”
- Xbox crash tied to in-game chat (chat temporarily disabled)
- Some Nessies are missing from the firing range
- Valkyrie’s vision blocked when using a shield cell with specific skins
- Players are unable to purchasethe Ultimate+ Battle Pass tier on any Xbox platform
- Server error when batch-opening 50 Wishlist/upgraded Apex Packs (confirmed the items are still granted to your account)
