Astro Bot Update 1.005 Adds Free New Levels and Bots This Oct. 17

The promised free DLC for Astro Bot is now live! Team Asobi has rolled out Astro Bot update 1.005, and this adds a slew of content all for free! Expect new levels, new special bots to rescue, with more on the way throughout the next few days and weeks.

Building Speed Overview:

In Building Speed, with the help of Barkster, the bulldog booster, you will blast your way through a sky-high city. Dodge cranes, smash through crates, and even speed through a flying car wash on the way to rescue your stranded crew.

Expect a brand new speedrun level to be released each week, and the schedule is available below:

• Nov 14: Rising Heat

Expect the rest of the Astro Bot updates to follow the same Thursday roll out.  So far, the studio has not released any changelog if anything got fixed, but if they do, we’ll be sure to add it to the article.
