Black Ops 2 Update 1.11 | 1.011 Deployed on October 12 for PS4 and PS5
Iron Galaxy has pushed out Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 update 1.11 | 1.011, and unlike the patch released last month, this one is only for PlayStation platforms.
Needless to say, don’t expect any new content from this title update, and even for fixes, don’t expect anything major too.
Black Ops 2 PS4, PS5 Update on October 12 Doesn’t Resolve Biggest Problem
So far, Activision has not acknowledged today’s title update, and what’s even worse, it doesn’t resolve the cheater issues the game is plagued with.
It’s not just aimbots either, as some people have unlimited UAV call-ins, account manipulation is still an issue for some and whatnot.
Some of the known issues we’ve seen surface include:
- Matchmaking and finding lobbies issues
- Cheating, hackers (duh!)
- Freezing when entering multiplayer
- Hit reg and some stuttering and lag
- Server connection errors
Chances are, today’s patch is more for stability improvements than anything else, hence why there are no noticeable player-facing changes.
If the devs or Activision release an official changelog, we’ll update the article with the info.
