AdHoc Studios has released the first patch for Dispatch for 2026, and this is a bigger-than-expected download — at least on consoles. Don’t expect any new content from this, as this is purely for bug fixes.
For console gamers, you’ll see the download appear as Dispatch update 1.000.010, and this clocks in at around 3.2 GB.

So far, AdHoc has not said anything about the patch. However, there are a few known issues affecting the PC and console versions, which we’re hoping the patch sorts out.
- Episode 8 second dispatch [hase, travelling icons sometimes get bugged
- H4ck3d by R0b3rt mission trophy bugged
- Screen artifacts visual glitch
- Progression blockers in Episode 1 that were claimed to be fixed “where players were not receiving calls after the initial introduction by Phenomaman and players were not able to continue after resolving the tutorial boxes quickly,” is not working for everyone
- Green and yellow color issue
- Episode 5 generator hacking mini game glitch when it comes to the last step that prevents progress
- Audio is always a few frames late. Tried pausing and rebooting but it doesn’t catch up. I played some videos of Dispatch from Youtube and they’re in perfect sync so I know its not just my computer or how the scene was intended
- On ep3 I ran out of time to spend points before the shift ended – now every time I earn points it says I have spare points to on the sidebar, but when I open it up I only get to spend the points for the points earned the mission. I’m up to ep5 now and it still knows I have points in limbo but you can’t claim them
- Had an issue in ep5 with the helicopter/plane crash. It wouldn’t let me send anyone on my flying team (eg. Coupe) and when I went to the “catch on the ground option” it would only let me send Punch Up despite having several other people available. (Punch Up did not single-handedly catch a chopper)
- Audio and sound glitching out
- Episode 8 mission not completing properly
- Unable to unpause the game on PC, and even hiting Esc or Resume doesn’t work
- Chapter 5 “Performance Review” page had no “Enter” option, so it was frozen.
- Cutscenes stuttering
As for the fixes implemented, the latest patch notes released was in December, which housed the following fixes:
- Fixed softlock when pausing during the completion of a hacking level
- Fixes for incorrect hero power behaviors includingWaterboy “Eager Sponge” auto assign, Punch Up “Squeeze In”, Invisigal’s “Ear on the Ground”, and Prism’s “Doppelganger Illusion”
- Fixes for softlock behaviors in episode 8 gameplay shifts including heroes in perpetual waiting status and inability to interact with the convoy
- Fix for hero injury and hero down behavior in episode 8 gameplay shifts
- Fix for UI in hacking levels in episode 8 gameplay shifts
- Fix issue to heroes being assignable in waiting mode
- Improvements to analytics performance
- Minor audio, visual, subtitle and localization fixes across the season
If AdHoc releases a proper changelog, expect the article to be updated.
