Dragon Quest 7 Reimagined Update 1.003

Square Enix has released a game update for RPG Dragon Quest 7 Reimagined today, and this is available now on all platforms.

Given the game is a single-player RPG and is a closed-off experience, don’t expect any new content to be part of the roll out, but more so for bug fixes.

For those on consoles, you’ll see this download appear as Dragon Quest 7 Reimagined update 1.003 (complete version 1.003.000), and should be a small file.

Dragon Quest 7 Reimagined Labyrinth of Wind Now Requires the Necessary Item to Enter

The following changes have been made:

  • Fixed an issue in the Past Hubble region where players could pass through The Grand Conjuratorium checkpoint without giving the required item to the soldier.
  • Fixed an issue where players could enter the Labyrinth of Wind even without possessing the necessary item.

We’re not expecting a lot of updates to be released for the RPG given it’s a complete experience.

If you haven’t played it yet, you might want to reconsider. Our review gave it an impressive 9/10 score, stating, “Dragon Quest VII Reimagined was well worth the wait for fans of the original. Anyone looking for an old-school style RPG updated with some modern sensibilities will also get plenty of mileage in a game this packed full of quests, vocations to master, and even monsters to catch.”
