Dying Light 2 Version 1.27.1 Released as Console Patch 1.88/1.088
The latest patch for Dying Light 2: Stay Human is live on consoles, and this is for version 1.27.1 that was already pushed out on PC. Those on consoles, this will show up as Dying Light 2 update 1.88/1.088.
Don’t expect any new content, as this is focused on fixing stuff connected to the Infected Outbreak mode released last week.
Players can expect both gameplay-related and technical fixes to be part of the changelog, which is available below.
Dying Light 2 February Update Brings 1.88/1088 Fixes
Here are today’s changelog of fixes:
- Fixed the stuttering on DX11
- Fixed the issue with some bundle weapons being able to be sold to vendors, while not having blueprints for them
- Fixed the issue with some enemies not being counted towards the bounty
- Fixed the issue with Aiden hands clipping through the guard of katana when stamina is exhausted
- Fixed the “Connection info” pop-up appearing only along with the first network connection lost
- Fixed the missing shadow for the Black hand’s bundle pistol
- Fixed the graphical artifacts present on metal edge reflections
- Fixed broken voxels on old gen consoles
- Fixed the Aiden’s repeated infection breath playing while moving inside one of the interiors
- Fixed the indoor rain showing during the cutscene in Frank’s room during “A place to call home” quest and during the first meeting with Veronika
While this patch might not fix everything wrong with the game, this is a good start to squash those bugs. If Techland releases another one, expect it here on MP1st.
