Elden Ring Latest Update 1.017.001 Applies Bug Fixes on Consoles and PC via Version 1.16.1
Elden Ring update 1.017.001 is now available for download on al platforms, and this is a minor patch that applies bug fixes. Expect a small download for what FromSoftware tags as patch version 1.16.1. which players will see on the menu screen’s version number.
Don’t expect much from today’s patch, and it doesn’t seem to bring the Tarnished Edition’s content, which means we’ll either get another update for it, or it’s tucked away, waiting to be activated by the developers.

- Fixed a bug where the wrong affinity or status ailments could be applied to some weapons when performing specific actions.
- Fixed a bug where players could bypass being blocked by another player on any platform through unauthorized methods.
