Ghost of Yotei Update 2.009 Released on October 29
Ghost of Yotei update 2.009 | 02.009.000 is now available for download on PS5, and this brings minor changes to the action game. Don’t expect any new content from this patch, as this mostly deals with bugs and applies minor changes.
This is the second hotfix for Ghost of Yotei released earlier this month, and all the details about the changes made are available in the patch notes below.
Ghost of Yotei’s Hotfix for October 29 Affects New Game+
Per Sucker Punch Productions: “This patch adds the option to not skip the prologue when starting New Game+, and fixes an issue that caused characters to load incorrectly when transitioning from Most Wanted to the main game, as well as additional bug fixes.”
The patch released last week applied the following changes:
- This patch reduces the number of viper rations required to purchase Dye Vendor Trade Routes,
- fixes an issue where recipes wouldn’t stay unlocked in New Game+
- fixes issues causing softlocks in certain Echoes of Sekigahara missions
- further addresses issues causing lost Most Wanted progress,
- fixes various other bugs and crashes.
