Santa Monica Studio has pushed out God of War Ragnarok update 6.005 (console number 6.005.000), on consoles, and this is another unannounced patch for the game that was silently released after the big Dark Odyssey Collection patch.

Were’ hoping Santa Monica Studio releases an acknowledgement of today’s patch, though given the studio didn’t say anything about the patch released two weeks ago. chances are we won’t hear anything about this either.
Expect today’s title update to be focused on stability and bug fixes, without any front-facing changes, which is why the studio didn’t feel the need to mention it. On the PC side, there’s no mention of the patch being available. Unfortunately, that also means the game’s tech issues are still annoying players. So far, what we know in terms of bug for GoW Ragnarok’s PC version include:

- Game freezing at random polnts in a playthrough
- Black screen issue when launching the game
