Killing Floor 3 Hotfix 4 Released for Performance Improvements via Update 2.006
Tripwire Interactive has released Hotfix 4 for Killing Floor 3 on all platforms. This should appear in the console as Killing Floor 3 update 2.006 (complete version 02.006.000), ushering in performance and matchmaking improvements.
While this is yet another minor update, there is a big one looming on the horizon, and it won’t be long until gamers get their grubby hands on it.

Killing Floor 3’s Update on Sept. 29 Brings Performance Improvements in Download Version 2.006
Bug Fixes
- Addressed client side backend services disconnects related to save data spamming.
Performance Optimization
- Optimized performance spikes that occur during Boss battles while they take damage.
- Reduced wait time when closing Skill videos
Matchmaking Improvements:
- Improved matchmaking reliability issues experienced by players with several hundred crafted mods and/or dozens of saved weapon loadouts.

Next up for the game is the big Rearmament Update set for release this Halloween!
