Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Update 1.002.002 Thwips Out to Address Crashes
Insomniac Games has begun rolling out Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 update 1.002.002, a small patch addressing some recent crashes players were experiencing. Here’s the full patch notes for today’s Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 update.

According to Insomniac Games’ Senior Community Manager, this update addresses the following issues.
- Two crashes have been addressed, that a low percentage of players were experiencing them.
- Crash-related when selecting French as the main language.
- Crash-related to the map.
Not surprising that this is a small update, considering the game did just get its massive New Game Plus update. We don’t expect much else to be addressed in this update beyond the listed notes above, though the community manager did confirm that the team is investigating other known issues, so we expect more patches to arrive soon.
