- Addressed crashes that could occur when collecting food near a hungry crocodile under certain conditions.

Aside from today’s update, Konami has said they are “actively investigating and addressing all reported concerns.” Hopefully, this means that performance improvements are being actively worked on.
If you’re on the fence about the game, performance issues aside, our review of it has been very positive, citing how it stays faithful to what many consider to be Hideo Kojima’s best game.
The Fox Hunt multiplayer mode is due for release in Fall 2025, and expect that to be released via a title update as well.

+$10 for a remade video game seems very greedy, imagine the fundamentals that a new game build has to input before fruition. im not saying that it isnt a great game on ps2 im saying the 69 dollar price tag is an insult to its long time fans and new first time players. im not playing till its free on ps plus next year sometime or possibly never.
