Metal Gear Solid Delta New Update 1.002.003 Sneaks Out on November 20

Metal Gear Solid Delta New Update 1.002.003

Konami has pushed out the latest patch for Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater on all platforms on November 20. Console gamers will see this as Metal Gear Solid Delta update 1.002.003, and this adds a minor new feature to Fox Hunt.

Called the version 1.2.3 patch by the developers, players can also expect quality-of-life additions and bug fixes as part of the update.

Main Game

  • Minor bug fixes and adjustments.

FOX HUNT

  • Added ability to place enemy detection pings while aiming with a knife or gun.
  • XP can now be earned in custom matches.
  • Players will now be matched with others from different regions when matchmaking on their current server takes too long.
  • Extended the duration of invincibility after respawning.
  • Fixed an issue where invincibility after respawn was canceled by rolling or using Naked Sense.
  • Minor bug fixes and adjustments.

If you haven’t logged into the game since last week, here are the improvements applied via the 1.2.2 patch:

FOX HUNT

  • Changed field condition to always be foggy in Sacred Garden (excluding Custom Matches).
  • Adjusted spawning positions in Sacred Garden (previously too close to each other).
  • Increased damage dealt by headshots.
  • Increased damage dealt by melee weapon “KNIFE”.
  • Increased damage dealt to arms and legs by submachine gun “Sz.-336 SMG”.
  • Increased damage dealt by machine gun “ALM 48”.
  • Increased damage dealt to arms and legs by shotgun “S1000”.
  • Adjusted matchmaking requirements.
  • Minor bug fixes and adjustments.
