Metal Gear Solid Delta Version 1.2.4 Released as Minor Update 1.002.004
Konami has released the latest patch for Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, and it’s a minor update that ushers in technical fixes. Tagged as version 1.2.4, console gamers will see this as Metal Gear Solid Delta update 1.002.004, and this should be a small download across all platforms.

Here’s what got fixed per Konami:
Main Game
- Minor text fixes.
- Minor bug fixes and adjustments
Before today’s update, the latest client-side patch was released in November 2025, and featured the following fixes:
FOX HUNT
- Added ability to place enemy detection pings while aiming with a knife or gun.
- XP can now be earned in custom matches.
- Players will now be matched with others from different regions when matchmaking on their current server takes too long.
- Extended the duration of invincibility after respawning.
- Fixed an issue where invincibility after respawn was canceled by rolling or using Naked Sense.
- Minor bug fixes and adjustments.
Outside of the Fox Hunt multiplayer mode, we don’t expect the base game to receive regular updates, given there’s no major game-breaking
