Minecraft New Update 3.26/1.036 for Bedrock 1.21.124 Addresses Issues Discovered in Recent Releases
Mojang has released the latest hotfix for Minecraft as Bedrock 1.21.124 across all platforms. For those on consoles, you’ll today’s patch will appear as Minecraft update 3.26/1.036 (complete version 1.036.000), and this fixes various issues related to the recent updates for the game.
Most of the fixes for today are related to stability, with network and memory leak issues addressed.

Minecraft’s Update on November 21 Brings Bedrock 1.21.124 and Addresses Memory Leak Issues
Here are the fixes for this update per Mojang.
Performance and Stability
- Fixed various crashes
- Fixed texture memory leak that occurred while users were on a server with multiple users joining and disconnecting
Input
- Fixed a bug that could cause the mouse to interact with external windows (such as notification pop-ups) unexpectedly (MCPE-230832)
- Fixed a bug that could prevent input controls from working when using an IME (MCPE-230785)
Network Protocol
- Fixed a packet verification that could prevent players from joining a Realm using certain add-ons (MCPE-230711)
The patch released last week included the following fixes:
Performance and Stability
- Reduced increased memory utilization from using Improved Input Latency (MCPE-179496)
- Fixed several crashes that could occur during gameplay
- Fixed a crash when using hotbar hotkeys while hovering over the Stonecutter preview interface (MCPE-230558)
Graphical
- Fixed an issue where pink textures could occur on Windows devices (MCPE-167489)
Input
- Fixed an issue where IME Candidates would appear in the wrong monitor or misplaced in relation to text field
- Fixed IME input when application lost and regained focus (switching from the app and back while editing)
World Generation
- Blocks with the tick component tick when placed by Jigsaw Structure during world generation
