Overwatch 2 Update 3.90 Slots in Bug Fixes on All Platforms
Blizzard Entertainment has pushed out Overwatch 2 update 3.90 on all platforms, which current-gen (PS5/XSX) owners will see as patch version 1.000.054. This is a minor update that aims to resolve Hero Mastery courses, alongside other bug fixes.
Don’t expect any new content from this patch, which is a given since we just got the Classic Mode patch earlier this month.
The bug fixes implemented by Blizzard for Overwatch 2’s latest patch include:
General
- Fixed an issue causing the Hero Mastery courses for Brigitte and Cassidy to be unavailable. These can now be played again.
- Fixed an issue with the Stockholm Sunset Name Card.
- In a previous update, fixed an issue where some players were missing first-person primary fire sounds on some heroes.
That last bug fix where it mentions how some players were missing primary fire sounds was very noticeable on Widowmaker, and it got patched last week, though that one was just for PlayStation platforms.
The next major patch is set for December 10, which is when Season 14 kicks off. This will bring the new tank hero, Hazard, into the roster. You can check out the character’s abilities right here if you missed Hazard’s early access trial period this weekend.
