Palworld New Update 1.082.048 Dropped for v0.6.9 and Fixes Game Freezing Issues
Pocketpair Inc. has released Palworld update 1.082.048 for v0.6.9, a patch aimed at fixing major technical issues plaguing the game.
While there’s no new content added, the fixes rolled out are important, given that they stop the game from freezing in certain situations.
Palworld’s Latest Update Applies Fix to Freezing Isues in Combat
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug that caused the game to freeze when in combat with the Terraprism and the Free Pal Alliance.
- Fixed a bug where the map icon for supply crates would not disappear even after it was collected.
- [Xbox] Fixed an issue on Xbox One where shadows were not displayed correctly.
That’s about it for the latest wave of fixes. There’s no new content added, which is understandable given we just had the Halloween patch drop last week.
Aside from that, there is a collaboration with Once Human starting October 30: Pals will be entering Nalcott. Players can expect the new scenario Deviation: Survive, Capture, Preserve, that’s launching with the crossover event.
Palworld’s 1.0 release is set for early 2026, and the developers have promised new content to be part of it. Once we know more abot the game’s future plans, we’ll let our readers know.
