PS5 players will see this as Palworld update 1.070.218, which the developers tag as version v0.5.4.70218. Expect this to be a small download for players.

Palworld on PS5 Contiues to Have Autosave Issues Even After Numerous Updates

The developers at Pocketpair issued the following message:

[PS5 Patch v0.5.4.70218: Updates to the Autosave function]
The autosave function on the PS5 version continued to have issues in some situations, so we have applied another fix with patch v0.5.4.70218.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the many players who provided us with valuable reports and information to help us identify the cause of this issue and confirm its reproducibility.

We don’t expect this patch to fix it in one go, though we hope it helps alleviate the issue significantly. If you’re still experiencing the autosave bug after this, leave a comment, just so other PS5 players are aware.
