Hazelight has pushed out Split Fiction update 1.400 on PC and consoles, and this a short list of technical fixes to the co-op action-adventure title. Most of the fixes are based on community feedback, so if there’s a persistent issue that was plaguing you before, chances are, it’s fixed with this patch.

Expect mission fixes to the Royal Palace, Down the Rabbit Hole, and The Legend of the Sandfish, as well as an improvement on the game’s tutorial section, and even visual fixes too.

Split Fiction Update 1.400 Fixes Glitches Tied to Missions and Visuals

The list of known issues tackled by today’s patch by Hazelight is as follows:

  • Fixed the rolling wheel in “Royal Palace” to improve experience when playing with more than 150 FPS.
  • Fixed the magnetized harpoon in “Down the Rabbit Hole” to take into account camera sensitivity settings for aiming.
  • Fixed not being able to stand inside the big pots in “The Legend of the Sandfish”
  • Fixed several minor visual glitches and pops visible during online play
  • Improved the tutorial prompts in “Walking Stick of Doom” to be more clear about available actions.
  • Various localization and subtitle fixes across all languages.

Given the game isn’t expected to get any DLC for now, and there’s really no need to balance anything, don’t expect a lot of updates to be released for it. Of course, if one does make its way out, expect it up here on MP1st.
