Ubisoft did not reveal any patch notes yet, but the official The Crew Motorfest X/Twitter page posted some minor bug fixes. Check out the notes below.

🔧 Clean Driving modifier cannot be applied to Street Versus event as originally intended
🔧 Custom show challenges will now validate regardless of vehicle
