The Sinking City 2 Version 1.1.0 Floats Out on October 6 as Update 1.000.004
Developer Frogwares has released a new patch for survival-horror game The Sinking City 2, and it’s available now on consoles and PC.
Called patch version 1.1.0, console gamers will see it as The Sinking City 2 update 1.000.004. This adds HDR output on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, and also applies a bunch of other quality-of-life features.

The Sinking City 2 New Features Added on October 6
– Added HDR output on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
– Added HDR10+ Support.
– Added an in-game HDR brightness calibration screen with a peak brightness range up to 500 nits on all displays.
– Added multi monitor HDR support on PC.
– HDR follows your system HDR setting and will not be forced on if HDR is disabled there.
– Added AMD FSR 4.1.1 to the Video settings.
– Added a Legacy mode for NVIDIA DLSS.
– Fixed a visual glitch when switching DLSS off during gameplay at 4K and 1440p.
– Added PS5 Pro support with PSSR upscaling.
– Quality mode now uses strand based hair, improved Lumen lighting and higher quality reflections.
– Performance mode now renders at a higher internal resolution.
– Inventory slot upgrades and weapon upgrades now carry over into Ex Oblivione.
– If you find an inventory or weapon upgrade you already own, you now receive Dream Essence instead.
– Added Pure New Game, which starts a completely fresh playthrough after you have finished the game.
– Fixed weapon upgrades for the Holloway Manor revolver being granted a second time when starting Ex Oblivione.
– Fixed the Dream Essence icon covering a locked supply crate icon on the map in Ex Oblivione.
– Added two new outfits for Calvin: The Warlock and The King in Yellow.
– Added wardrobe preview images for both new outfits.

– Encounters have been retuned in “The Wake-Up Call”, “A Sight for Sore Eyes”, “Time and Tide” and “Cold Comfort”.
– Enemy counts and wave composition are reduced in the encounters you told us were overwhelming.
