Battlefield 1 Gamescom 2016 Trailer – DICE Reveals Open Beta Date & Details

Electronic Arts and DICE have releaesd their official Battlefield 1 trailer for Gamescom 2016 one day before the event is set to take place.

The trailer showcases horse riding and lots of shooting in a new multiplayer setting. Check it out above.

Battlefield 1 is set to release on October 21st, 2016 for the PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Make sure sign up for the Battlefield 1 Beta, which DICE announced today will start on August 31st. Battlefield Insiders will get early access.

According to the press release, “The Battlefield 1 Open Beta will feature two franchise favorite modes – Conquest and Rush – on the new Sinai Desert map. Playable with up to 64 players, this map includes a new controllable Armored Train behemoth, ridable horses and three new Elite Classes – Sentry, Flame Trooper and Tank Hunter.

The studio’s Squads live stream on August 16 at 12pm PST will showcase gameplay from the Beta.
