On the heels of Far Cry 3’s delay announcement, Ubisoft is not sure if the beta, which should take place this Summer and last for two weeks, will be affected.

“We are still doing our best to make that determination, but nothing is confirmed yet,” a Ubisoft representative told GameSpot. However, on the game’s official twitter feed, the developers responded to some worried fans stating, “the beta timing has not changed! More details coming soon. Stay tuned!” They also added, “the beta is still planned for the summer. No official dates have been announced yet.”

Far Cry 3 is slated to release on November  29th in EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) and December 4th in North America. Keep in mind, “a rushed game forever bad. We’re taking a little more time to create the best possible gameplay experience,” as the developers put it best.
