Black Ops Cold War Update 1.09 December 16 Patch Notes:

Update: Treyarch has issued a statement regarding today’s Black Ops Cold War patch! As expected, it is to fix the Zed issue PC players have been experiencing, as well as hitching issues on the PS5.

Treyarch has not shared details on what exactly this patch does, but based on initial reports, it finally fixes the issues PC and PS5 players have been experiencing!

People on the game’s subreddit have posted how they are now able to join games on PC!

For those unaware, This is the “Zed 398 Swift Clover” error PC players have been experiencing the entire day since Season 1 started, which was acknowledged by Treyarch a few hours ago:

We are aware of the current “Zed 398 Swift Clover” error when attempting to play Season One content on PC, and our partners at @BeenoxTeam are actively investigating. To keep lobbies healthy and full, crossplay has been temporarily disabled on PC while a fix is investigated.

Aside from the connection issues, we’re keeping our eyes peeled as to what other changes made their way into this new Black Ops Cold War patch, and will update the post once we know more. Same as always, if you spot any gameplay-related fixes or changes, share your findings down in the comments below.

Speaking of Season 1, MP1st will be giving away Battle Passes on PS4, Xbox One and PC later today! So stay tuned for that.
