Dying Light 2 New Update 1.91/1.091 Applies Hotfix 1.27.4 on May 5
Techland has released a new hotfix for Dying Light 2: Stay Human today, May 5, and this addresses issues with players clipping through various meshes after restiong in some Nightrunner Hideouts.
There are also other fixes included in the download that console gamers will see as Dying Light 2 update 1.91/1.091 (complete version 1.091.000). Expect this to be a small download with a short changelog.
Dying Light 2 Update on May 5 Addresses Various Gameplay Issues
Here are the list of fixes for today per Techland:
- Fixed the issue with player clipping through various meshes after using the rest in few Nightrunner’s Hideouts
- Fixed the issue with outdated inventory data validator crashing the game
- Fixed the blocker unabling some Players to access the store
- Fixed the issue with Night Wolf bundle bounties not appearing if Player completes the previous one in Tower Raid
- Fixed the issue with remaining amount of Old World money disappearing if the Player claims only some amount of it
Before this, the latest patch for the game was for challenges, which is understandable given the game is feature complete.
We’re not expecting a lot of updates for Dying Light 2, though it should continue to be supported until Dying Light 3 is released. Same as with Dying Light: The Beast, it seems Techland is keen on supporting their titles as long as they can.
