No Rest for the Wicked Is Launching on PS5 Alongside Its Full 1.0 Release in October 2026
For those waiting to play No Rest for the Wicked on PS5, there is finally some good news.
Until now, Moon Studios’ action RPG has only been available on PC through Steam Early Access, but that is about to change.
During today’s PlayStation State of Play broadcast, the developer released a new trailer and confirmed that No Rest for the Wicked will leave Early Access and launch its full 1.0 version on PS5 and PC at the same time.
No Rest for the Wicked Leaves Early Access This October
Players can already wishlist the game, and it’s currently available on Steam with a limited-time 30% discount. Moon Studios is also offering an exclusive Early Access Founder’s Pack for anyone who buys the game on PC before July 10, with rewards activating when 1.0 launches.
PS5 pre-order players will also receive the pack. The Founder’s Pack includes Spirit Cavern, a hand-crafted home that bridges both worlds, the Sayer’s Vow sword, a custom Founder’s Tag, and access to a public Beta Test Realm.
The full 1.0 release promises a massive expansion of the game, adding over 60 hours of new content, a new horde mode, powerful weapons, bosses, and enemies, 15+ hand-crafted regions, and a completely reimagined class system.
The game also supports crossplay and cross-save between PC and console at launch. The story’s final arc, featuring politics, revenge, and passion, will finally reveal much of the mystery players have theorized about since 2024.
Finally, the studio confirmed that No Rest for the Wicked has now sold over 1.8 million units and will also launch on Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2, though an exact release date has not been announced yet.
