Halo: Campaign Evolved Premium Upgrade Won't Load

If you’re one of the people who pre-ordered the Premium Edition of Halo: Campaign Evolved, you should be able to play the game starting today instead of the retail release date of July 28.

Unfortunately, Xbox gamers who bought the Premium Edition haven’t been able to do that, as the game won’t load, and players will be notified that they have to wait until the regular release.

This is something happening to all Xbox owners around the world.

Gamers on social media and other platforms have been unable to play Halo: Campaign Evolved today, and thankfully, Halo Studios are aware of it at the very least.

Today, the devs shared, “We’re investigating reports that some players on XBOX consoles and the XBOX app for PC who purchased the #HaloCE Premium Edition or Premium Edition Upgrade are unable to access the game.”

No timeframe has been given, and if there is a workaround, it’s not known yet.

It’s not just the Halo devs, as even the official Xbox Support X account have also jumped in, stating, “We are aware that some users are encountering errors when attempting to connect to Xbox services and features. Our engineers are actively working to mitigate the issue.”

Once there’s an update on the situation, we’ll update the article with the info.

This isn’t the first hiccup for the game, as just a week ago, we reported that the physical editions of the game will still require a download and sign-in to play.
