With the release of Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced, Ubisoft has shown they are very much open to the idea of revisiting past entries in the franchise and giving them a major overhaul.
Given the game’s success, it seems we might be seeing more of these remakes soon.
For its part, Ubisoft is handing out freebies to players to mark just how successful the game is.
Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced Establishes New Records
In a press release, Ubisoft announced that Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced has sold through over two million copies on its first day of availability on July 9.to
The head of the brand had a statement to share that said, “Black Flag has always held a special place in the heart of the community, and ours.” said Martin Schelling, Head of Assassin’s Creed Brand. “Bringing it back with Resynced was a promise to that passion for Edward’s adventures, and to the unique sense of freedom players experienced back then. Seeing 2 million players set sail on day one, along with the great reviews from critics, is the greatest reward we could have hoped for.”
To mark this historic occasion, Ubisoft is giving out gifts to players on all platforms.
AC Black Flag Resynced Gift Now Available to All Players
To celebrate this milestone and thank players for their support, Ubisoft is granting the Crimson Storm sails to customize your Jackdaw, along with 1500 Animus keys that can be used to purchase unique items from the Exchange.
These rewards are available for free to every player who purchased Black Flag Resynced and will remain available for a limited redemption period.
