For now, this is the only announcement and acknowledgement made by Ubisoft regarding the patch:

We will be deploying Title Update tomorrow, January 6th to resolve issues blocking players from progressing in the Yule Festival. Thank you for your patience!

Note that the festival will end on January 27th.

If Ubisoft releases anything more other than what’s mentioned above, we’ll be sure to update the post. If you spot anything that changed in the game or got fixed, leave a comment below to let us know.

Regarding future content, Ubisoft announced the Dawn of Ragnarok DLC last month, which sees Eivor become Odin! Check out the trailer and details of it here.

For those who still haven’t picked up the game, our review gave it a favorable score, and said, “There is a lot to love about Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, and personally it’s amongst my favorite in the series now. Enjoyable gameplay that lightens up on the RPG elements for the better, encased in a world with sights that are to be behold, Valhalla may have a slow start to it’s story, but the pay-off is well worth it. You just have to cope through the bugs and potential crashes, though we’re sure the developers are already hard at work with fixing these issues.”
