While DICE just rolled out Battlefield 2042 patch 5.1.1 the other day, the studio has released the Battlefield 2042 update for July 20 just now as a server-side patch. This affects some vehicles and also a reward for the Arkangel Directive event that’s currently on-going.

We’ve just rolled out the following changes to #Battlefield2042:
▫️ The 20MM Flak on LATV4 is now disabled until further notice. Pending further balance changes.

In addition to that, DICE has announced that due to stability issues during the last few hours of the first week of the Arkangel Directive event, they have rolled out a change that will reward players with the second and/or third items that they might have missed.

▫️ You may now find the “Final Sleep” Weapon Charm and/or the “Force Fusion” M5A3 Weapon Skin available in your Collections.
Don’t forget, this is a server-side update, which means there is no download required.
Update: DICE has annoucned that the 20MM Flak Pod on the LCAA Hovercraft has also been temporarily disabled.
