While we already know Battlefield 6 is releasing in a few days’ time on October 10, some might be wondering when we can expect reviews to go up. Well, wonder no more, as we now know when Battlefield 6 reviews are expected to drop.

The Battlefield 6 review embargo date and exact time have been revealed.

You won’t have to wait for launch to hear what critics and content creators think, as the review embargo officially lifts tomorrow.

Battlefield 6 Reviews Drop October 9

It looks like review codes have gone out for Battlefield 6, with outlets and creators having access to the game for the past week. For those curious as to when we can expect the first reviews to drop, it has been revealed that the embargo officially lifts on October 9th at 8 AM PT / 11 AM ET.

Our review, unfortunately, won’t be dropping at that time, as our review code is arriving soon. We want to review the multiplayer in real-world conditions, which can only happen by spending time online with everyone else. Don’t be surprised if some reviews don’t appear at launch, as we anticipate that some outlets may want to hold off on releasing their official reviews until they’ve had a chance to spend time with the multiplayer.

In addition to reviews, be on the lookout for further coverage of the game as creators provide a deeper dive into the final release. There will be plenty of news dropping, so expect a ton of content to be out on MP1st

Even though the game isn’t out yet, we already have a substantial number of articles available. Check out what to expect in Season 1 when it starts on October 28. We also broke down the trophies/achievements players can earn in the game.

Battlefield 6 officially launches on October 10, 2025 on the PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC. There’s a day-one update releasing before launch that houses over 200 fixes, and we will have the complete patch notes up the moment it’s available.
