Treyarch has pushed out Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War update 1.034 on all platforms today, and this is an unannounced patch, so don’t expect anything major from it. Read on for what’s new in the BOCW Sept. 26 patch notes below.

Update: Treyarch has acknowledged today’s title update and announced that they know that some gamers are having issues with it:

Treyarch has not acknowledged the patch at all, and we’re not expecting any official announcements from the studio regarding it. The official Black Ops Cold War Trello board has also not been updated too.
Checking in with the community, no changes have been reported so far, though we’re monitoring it and will update the post if there’s any gameplay-related adjustments.

With Modern Warfare 2 out in a month, expect support for Black Ops Cold War to be winding down (if it hasn’t already).

MW2 Beta was garbage and I will not be purchasing it. Always the same thing brag they are do better things then release the same garbage
the MW2 beta was great and stating it was trash so you wont be purchasing it means a few things A. you didn’t play it as you need to buy the game to play the beta B. your a dumbass for judging a game that is in beta and not even close to being ready for launch (and even then its better then all other modern releases in beta meaning the full game is going to be really good) and C. your just upset you can’t slide cancel all across the world like its made of butter wearing a sweat roze skin and killing kids in a warzone bronze lobby and you cant camp in the corner the whole match

Hey the games beta was awesome your just really bad at a game not meant for bitches like you. I loved the beta, it was absolutely amazing, the weapon reload animations were chefs kiss, Modern Warfare was 10/10 and the MW2 beta is so much better.

You absolutely can play without buying the game. It’s called an open beta. I agree with him… It’s garbage. No because of bugs or the shitty UI. It’s the shit that they refuse to change. Fast ttk, fucked up perks system, no mini map indicators when players are shooting, horrendous foot steps and visual recoil on weapons, and disbanding lobbies. This game is made for campers and it’s absolutely terrible. And btw… People can still slide cancel. It’s trash

Open beta as in all people are able to without signing a NDA closed beta is a limited thing give to people hand picked by the company
I played beta without purchasing is called having xfinity they offered it dummy the game better be less better at launch cause beta was trash

Everyone has opinions coming from pov I liked the beta loved the changes. they didn’t make changes? Who said that? The new perk system is great if it harms quick scopers I’m all for it I’m not saying I abused slide cancels or quick scope. Should the scope speed be that fast for snipers is unbelievable in black ops cold war but no sorry those are my two cents I plan on buying this game and enjoying it sorry for not being like everyone else it could be like the majority of people that like cod ghost when that came out
Everyone who declares MW2 trash, hates the changes IW made. Simply that. And I think your argument of it being trash, well, TRASH! Now for those crying over some player indicators on a mini map, learn how to properly a FPS game. You hear a shot, you direction follow the sound. And disbanding lobbies is the dumbest thing to be pissy over. I seen TimTheTatMan win a game 200-0, that other team doesn’t want to play them again. And for the same garbage comment… That seems to be the issue, it’s not the same as the other garbage they did, and that makes a lot of people mope and pope. We will enjoy not seeing you all on launch and the rest of the time of MW2, DMZ, and WZ2.0 as it’s all the same.
The beta was OK got shit when PC joined and had aim bot glory for 4 days ps baby had 6 days didn’t buy lol
Cold war kept crashing on start up saying try scan and repair. Uninstalled high resolution assets and it runs fine now. I had something weird going on on my ssd with my operating system where I only had like 100gb free (so I wiped it and reinstalled windows and had the same with 400 gb free) and had like no games on it, I moved cod games to my hdd because I didn’t know how big they were going to get and I thought were supposed to keep the operating system drive not fuller than 75 to 85 percent. I had nothing but launchers (rockstar, origin, ubisoft) and small programs on it like browsers or little programs for files. I liked cod games being on my ssd, but I didn’t know how big they were going to get and wasn’t sure what to buy without regretting missing out on newer ones performance increases. I wanted a 4 tb or larger as the size of a 2.5 in 7mm thick data and didn’t want to use a removable hard drive or buy multiple ones. I knew I could uninstall other games so it stopped me from buying any more hard drives. So i’ll get a fast one or something but didn’t know whether I’ll buy a newer Xbox or playstation or build a desktop. We miss out on certain games or features on pc, but lately they put wrestling, or madden on there.
Maybe the beta was just slower or different during the pre release. Cod mw 2019 was super fast paced and mw2 doesn’t have the double tap run which was kind of hard to get use to. The guns kept bouncing arpund and there’s quite a bit of recoil so tap the trigger instead of pulling and holding it down. It’s kinda hard to aim at targets far away without an optic. And the assault rifle seemed similar to using an smg in cold war. Like cold war the grenade explosions, atleast the semtex are kind of small. Graphics are pretty damn good.
Mw2 doesn’t have the double tap sprint like in mw 2019. I kept forgetting about it when playing it and wouldn’t be fast enough.
Modern warfare 2 is trash it’s the same hype they gave for vanguard and ww2 and those were both trash. Modern warfare was good up until every multi-player game was loaded with people running around with sniper rifles and 360 quick scoping everyone. Modern warfare 2 warzone cars are gonna need gas and repair. That’s a lot similar to fortnight it’s become a lot more of a looters shooter. Yes it’s trash.
