Bodycam Trailer for Upcoming Multiplayer FPS Featuring Super Realistic Visuals Showcases Maps From Counter-Strike and Call of Duty

When the bodycam FPS Unrecord first got a trailer, it looked so real that the developer had to prove it wasn’t fake with footage from the Unreal Engine 5 editor. Ever since then, all sorts of developers have been hard at work trying to replicate the bodycam footage gameplay for their own projects. The latest of these is a PvP Multiplayer shooter named, quite fittingly, Bodycam, and it looks like it’ll include some fan favorite maps from other famous FPS franchises like Counter-Strike and Call of Duty.

The first trailer is available for your viewing pleasure below:

From this initial trailer, we can see a couple of adaptations of some classic maps. Dust 2, Counter-Strike’s most iconic map, is present in the trailer, as well as the Call of Duty classic Nuketown. The developers also took to Twitter to show us a closer look at their version of Nuketown:

Similarly to Unrecord, this game’s use of Unreal Engine 5 makes it look shockingly realistic. The game’s currently being developed by just two people, and what’s more, they’re only 17 and 20 years old. Hopefully Bodycam shapes up to be an entertaining experience for gamers looking for something especially grounded.

You can check out Bodycam’s Steam page here. Speaking of Call of Duty, check out what to expect from MW2 and Warzone Season 6 when it launches this Wednesday.

Bodycam is currently set to launch on PC sometime this September.
