Can’t get enough of Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel and absolutely need something to tie you over until 2K Australia and Gearbox Software release another action-packed trailer?
Check out ten brand new screens that might just scratch the itch and read on to catch a quick breakdown of what we’re actually seeing:
Quickly observing the new screens, we get to see one of Wilhelm’s skills “Cyber Fist” in action, which is very reminiscent of Sentinel’s Rocket Punch move from the Marvel vs. Capcom cross over games.
Also, it appears that we can add the legendary Dahl pistol, the Hornet, to the growing list of orange-tier weapons as we see Athena holding one in her hand while the other three vault hunter’s stare at the recently opened loot chest.
Elsewhere, this screen also gives us a look at what appears to be the ‘hub-town’ for Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. It appears to be a friendly Hyperion area with no signs of either Dahl nor space bandits.
Those details aside, it looks like The Pre-Sequel is shaping up nicely and will be providing Borderlands fans with some ever-so-pleasing visuals when it officially launches on October 14 for the PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360.
