How many of the Basic Training perks do you use actually? For me, I’d say there’s around 3-6 that I choose from and leave the rest to rot. Why? Well, given how most are useless aside from one specific situation, then it’s easy to understand why. 

Maybe increase the potency of some or include additional perks for using them? Either that or get ready to see the same stuff equipped by gamers everywhere.
