Cronos: The New Dawn Release Date Set for September 5, Only PS5 Version Getting Physical Release
Good news, horror fans, Bloober Team’s next horror survival game, Cronos: The New Dawn, has a release date, which was revealed alongside a brand-new story trailer.
But that’s not the only surprise, as come this Fall, you’ll be able to traverse the post-apocalypse setting on the go, as the game is coming to the Nintendo Switch 2!
Cronos: The New Dawn Physical Release Only for PS5
Wow, I don’t know about you, but that trailer has me pretty excited for whatever Bloober Team has cooking with Cronos: The New Dawn. As previously mentioned, the game is also heading to the Nintendo Switch 2, and will be launching the same day as the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC versions, which is on September 5.
Pre-orders are now available for all platforms, with just the PS5 also getting a physical release via Skybound Games, which is available at GameStop and Amazon.
- Standard Edition ($59.99 USD)
- Deluxe Edition – which includes 48-hour early access on Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation®5, and Xbox Series X|S. ($69.99 USD)
The physical PS5 version will also retail at $59.99 USD, but in addition to being physical, this version of the game will also come with some extra bonuses.
Not a bad deal for PS5 gamers, and definitely a massive incentive to get the physical version over the digital, even if you can play a tad earlier with the digital deluxe edition.
