HOW DO I ENABLE VRR TECHNOLOGY ON PLAYSTATION 5 FOR DEATHLOOP?
- Download the DEATHLOOP Hotfix on April 25th, 2022
- Ensure the VRR feature is activated through the PS5’s Dashboard
- Launch DEATHLOOP
- Activate “Quality” or “Ultra Performance” mode
- Playing in Ultra Performance mode on a non-compatible monitor will generate screen tearing no matter if VRR is ENABLED, FORCED or DISABLED
- Playing in Ultra Performance mode on a compatible monitor will generate screen tearing if VRR is DISABLED
- If VRR is ENABLED in Quality mode on a non-compatible monitor, you will not notice a difference.
- If VRR is FORCED in Quality mode on a non-compatible monitor, you will experience noticeable screen tearing when playing but performance will be slightly better and you’ll experience less stuttering.
Unfortunately, Arkane Studios has not released anything about today’s title update. What the studio has shared so far is are fan art and the like:
