Destiny 2 December Update to Be Discussed by Bungie Next Week, Will Talk About Economy, Feedback & More

Following the big Destiny 2 news that Bungie has been throttling XP for players intentionally, Game Director Luke Smith has gone on Twitter to announce that the studio will answer some questions about the game, as well as provide details on the anticipated Destiny 2 December update.

In case the tweets didn’t load for you, it reads:

Next week the Destiny 2 team will detail the systems side of the December update.

It includes: economy updates (vendors & acquiring their gear, tokens, legendary shards), investment updates (new reward systems for weapons & armor) gameplay updates, and more. (1/2)

Additionally, @knowsworthy and I will also be answering some questions and addressing community feedback we’ve been reading since launch.

See you soon. (2/2)

Let’s hope that aside from game balances, weapon tweaks and the like, we also see some quality of life improvements from the studio in the Destiny 2 December update. There’s no official word on when this patch will roll out, but once it’s out in the wild, you’ll hear it first here on MP1st.

What do you want Bungie to talk about next week? Drop rates? Why they did the XP throttling? Let us know in the comments.
