Destiny – Combined Arms Crucible Playlist Now Live, New Missions Arrive Next Week

As a new Friday dawns, so does a brand new set of activities for Destiny gamers on all platforms to take part in.

Live now, a completely new competitive multiplayer playlist has been added to the Crucible called “Combined Arms”. It focuses primarily on six vs. six vehicle gameplay on Destiny’s larger maps. You’ll be able to play it while earning Crucible Marks, Reputation, and gear until Sunday, September 21.

On Tuesday, September 23, Guardians will be able to take up new story missions issued by the Awoken Queen of The Reef. You’ll be able to visit The Queen’s emissary in The Tower to accept her orders, bounties, and new unique and legendary gear. The emissary will be around until October 6, so you’ll have roughly two weeks to take on the new missions.

Finally, just like last week, the mysterious NPC Xûr, Agent of the Nine, has returned to the tower and can be located in front of the large door in the North Tower where you can purchase exotic gear and other rare goodies.

As the info-graph tells, be on the look out for more Crucible playlists in the coming weeks and months.

If you missed it, a recent Destiny hot fix doubled the frequency of Public Events while on patrol missions. You can catch the full update notes here.

For all things Destiny, keep your sights locked on MP1st!
