Hyper Light Breaker Trailer Reveals Early Access Heroes and Bosses

Hyper Light Breaker early access is officially kicking out next week! But before you all get the chance to dive back into the world of Hyper Light, you may want to familiarize yourself with the heroes, aka Breakers, that you’ll get to play as, along with the Crowns, who serve as the game’s big bad bosses.
Hyper Light Breaker Shows Off The Breaker’s Greatest Foes, the Crowns
While Heart Machine has already revealed the Breakers in previous trailers and blog posts, the latest trailer, dubbed “Breaker and Crowns,” will give you a bit of a refresher on them, while also revealing the Crowns, which are essentially the game’s bosses. All these heroes (playable) and villains will be available at early access launch, with more planned to arrive.
Early access for Hyper Light Breaker launches on January 14 on Steam. For those planning on purchasing the early access for a limited time (1/14-1/28), you’ll get Hyper Light Drifter for free! I strongly recommend playing through the title if you haven’t, as it’s one of the best games I’ve played. However, for those wondering, you do not need to play Hyper Light Drifter in order to understand Breaker. Both games play completely differently from one another, and from a story perspective, they each tell a unique tale set in the same universe, though Drifter does occur later in the timeline than the other. It’s not exactly a sequel, nor is it a prequel, but trust me, it’s very worth playing through if you haven’t.
