After numerous leaks, Konami is finally making something official, as the company has revealed today that Silent Hill news is about to drop this coming week!

This was announced by the official Silent Hill Twitter account where it mentioned that the latest update on the Silent Hill series will be revealed on Wednesday, October 19 at 2 pm PDT/11 am EDT/11 pm HKT! We even get to see the game’s new font too!

In addition to that, a new web portal for this unannounced Silent Hill project has been opened by Konami. Mind, there’s nothing there right now expect the reveal date, and links to the official Silent Hill Twitter and Facebook accounts.

For reference, the last Silent Hill entry (not counting Hideo Kojima’s P.T.), Silent Hill: Book of Memories for the PlayStation Vita way back in 2012! It’s been quite some time, but it looks like horror fans have something to look forward to very soon.
