Marathon Releases March 5, as Peripherals, Voice Actors, Destiny 2 Rewards Are Revealed
PlayStation has finally revealed the release date for the much-beleagured Marathon, and it’s due for release on March 5 on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
Alongside the extraction shooter’s release date, developer Bungie has also revealed the game’s voice actors, a limited-edition DualSense and headset, and even Destiny 2 rewards.
There’s a lot to take in, so read on to know what’s new for Bungie’s upcoming game that’s releasing a lot sooner than expcted.
Marathon Releases in March, as Destiny 2 Rewards and Themed DualSense Controller Are Revealed
Marathon will feature the voices of the following:
Krizia Bajos, Samantha Béart, Beau Bridgland, Ry Chase, Roger Clark, Darin De Paul, Jennifer English, Dave Fennoy, Nika Futterman, Morla Gorrondona, Reina Guthrie, Donnla Hughes, Keston John, Sohm Kapila, Rich Keeble, Elliot Knight, Erica Lindbeck, Piotr Michael, Brent Mukai, Neil Newbon, Ariana Nicole George, Emily O’Brien, Lee Shorten, Jason Spisak, Ben Starr, JB Tadena, Fred Tatasciore, Craig Lee Thomas, Elias Toufexis, Oliver Vaquer, Scott Whyte, Tracy Wiles, Erin Yvette
The game will also have a fully localized dialogue for all supported languages, with those voice casts ton be revealed at a later date. Expect the game’s voice cast to grow as Marathon evolves.
Marathon Limited Edition DualSense controller and Marathon Limited Edition Pulse Elite wireless headset
The controller will be available in limited quantities globally for $84.99 USD/¥12,480 (including tax)/€84.99 /£74.99.*** Pre-orders will begin on January 29, 2026 at 10am local time at direct.playstation.com (where available), as well as participating retailers, and launches starting on March 5, 2026. Launch date and availability may vary by country/region.
