Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls Closed Beta Sign-ups and Start Dates Announced

PlayStation and Arc System Works have just announced an upcoming closed beta test for their forthcoming Marvel-based fighting game, MARVEL Tokon: Fighting Souls.

The closed beta is currently available only to PS5 gamers, with sign-ups now open.

PlayStation Giving Fans a Chance to Try MARVEL Tokon: Fighting Souls With a Closed Beta

On the last day of EVO 2025, PlayStation announced that their upcoming Marvel fighter, developed by System Arc Works, is getting a closed beta! As revealed in the trailer above, PlayStation gamers will have the opportunity to get some hands-on with the new fighting game ahead of its 2026 release. 

All you have to do is sign up for the PlayStation Beta program via this link, and if selected, PlayStation will email you an invitation to the beta. If you’re signed up for the PlayStation Beta program (the same one that’s used for software testing), then you should be all set in terms of registering, as it’s part of the same program.

  • City Center

  • 64-player lobby featuring Chibi Marvel avatars.
  • An introduction ‘Startup Battle’ against the CPU to learn battle mechanics.
  • Spectator Mode
  • Vs. Mode. 

Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls is set to release sometime in 2026 as a PS5 console exclusive alongside a PC release.
